Industrial Sites and Utilities

Stroud aggressively pursues corporations to its industrial park site and commercial or retail businesses to locate in our one-of-a-kind retail power center.

Midway Industrial Park
Our nearly 90-acre industrial park has the needed space available and the infrastructure, all utilities, and fiber optics in place, ready to build.

We have included a site map and a summary of each lot size in the industrial park and total land available.

To the south and east of the property are industrial access roads. The east road connects to State Highway 66 (historic Route 66) and the south road connects to US 377/SH 99. The industrial park is approximately 1-mile from I-44 and approximately 25 miles to I-40.

Retail Power Center
This property is the most strategic and advantage location in the State of Oklahoma.  It is located 65 miles from over 2.3 million Oklahomans.

Located at the Stroud exit, the property is frontage to I-44 (Turner Turnpike) with a traffic count over 25,000 cars per day passing by this key property.

The total available land is 57 acres (MOL). We have provided an aerial view of the property, a site plat map and description of the property.  For more detailed information contact Steve Gilbert at (918) 968-2890.
