Stroud aggressively pursues corporations to its
industrial park site and commercial or retail businesses to locate
in our one-of-a-kind retail power center.
Midway

needed space available and the infrastructure, all utilities, and
fiber optics in place, ready to build.
We have included a
site map and a summary of each lot size in the industrial park and

The industrial park is approximately 1-mile from I-44 and
approximately 25 miles to I-40.
